CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

LOCATION: NORTH LIBERTY, IA

WAGE: $17/HR PLUS COMMISSIONS

Job Summary

Provide professional customer support by handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing requests, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring a positive customer experience. Sales reps welcome; upselling is a bonus. Commissions are based off of upselling success. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries. 
  • Assist customers with account information, orders, payments, or service requests. 
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary. 
  • Process applications, orders, refunds, or service requests accurately. 
  • Update customer records and document interactions in company systems. 
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer information. 
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards. 
  • Meet productivity and customer satisfaction goals. 

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Excellent customer service and active listening abilities. 
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. 
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM systems. 
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy. 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required. 
  • Previous customer service, call center, healthcare, retail, or administrative experience preferred. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer-focused attitude.
