We are hiring Injection Mold Operators to join our team in Cuba City. This role involves performing manufacturing, rework, and inspection operations to ensure products meet company quality and production standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor injection molds
- Load inserts and trim flash and gates
- Assemble, sort, drill, or gauge parts as required
- Perform rework and inspection of finished products
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow simple instructions
- Basic math skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
