DIESEL MECHANIC / DIESEL MECHANIC TRAINEE
Multiple Positions Available – Placement Based on Experience and Skill Level

Position Summary
Join a collaborative, team-oriented environment dedicated to providing high-quality maintenance and repair services for a fleet of heavy equipment, trucks, and machinery. Opportunities are available for both experienced Diesel Mechanics and individuals seeking to grow their skills as a Diesel Mechanic Trainee.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance, oil changes, and routine service on equipment, vehicles, ready-mix trucks, semi-trucks, and gantry cranes.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
- Complete monthly inspections on company equipment.
- Document maintenance requests, inspections, and repairs using a mobile maintenance application.
- Create purchase orders for maintenance inventory and replacement parts as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow OSHA safety regulations and company safety procedures at all times.
- Assist with additional maintenance and repair projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Two years of diesel mechanic training or equivalent experience preferred for Mechanic positions.
- Strong understanding of diesel engines, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and mechanical components.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing assignments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must provide a basic set of personal mechanic tools (specialty tools provided by employer).
- CDL preferred but not required.
