A local Dubuque property management company is seeking a Leasing Agent Coordinator to join their growing team. As a Leasing Agent Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the hiring company’s leasing operations, assisting prospective residents throughout the leasing process. You will be responsible for managing leasing inquiries, scheduling property viewings, conducting tours, and assisting with lease preparation and documentation. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer service to potential residents, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. The right-fit candidate will be asked to possess a real estate license within three months of employment. This is a direct hire opportunity. Meaning, the right fit candidate will go directly onto the hiring company’s payroll and be eligible for their benefits package.
 
 
What you get to do (in a snap-shot):
  • Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Market available apartments on social media. Schedule and conduct property tours for prospective residents, highlighting key features and amenities.
  • Assist prospective residents with the leasing application process, including completing paperwork and collecting necessary documentation to include Section 42.
  • Conduct thorough move-in orientations for new residents, providing information on community policies, amenities, and maintenance procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available units, pricing, and specials to effectively market properties and maximize occupancy using property management software. 
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests and property upkeep.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.


What we’d like you to bring to the opportunity: 
  • Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer service preferred. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
  • Must have real estate license or willingness to obtain within three months
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
