Business Development Representative
Hybrid – Boston, MA
Base: $55k- $60k (Year 01 - Total Compensation target: $90,000 / year)

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to our client's team and help connect investors, institutions, and entrepreneurs with innovative Bitcoin mining and hosting solutions. This is a hybrid role based in Boston, MA, offering both in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 80–120 daily outreach activities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events.
- Engage and qualify prospects such as investors, funds, and entrepreneurs interested in Bitcoin mining.
- Educate potential clients on hosting, energy, and repair services.
- Schedule meetings for qualified prospects with Account Executives or leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and outreach campaigns.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and events.
- Track and manage your sales pipeline using HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound prospecting.
- Strong interest in Bitcoin, digital assets, or decentralized finance (DeFi).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Goal-oriented, competitive, and motivated by achieving measurable results.
- Highly coachable with a growth mindset and strong accountability.
- Experience managing multiple pipelines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in sales, investing, or crypto.
- Understanding of Bitcoin mining, ASIC hardware, or energy markets.
- Proficiency with outreach tools (HubSpot, Salesloft, Salesforce, etc.).
- Active involvement in Bitcoin or crypto communities.
