Cabinet Finisher
Location: On-site, Edgewood, IA
1st Shift - Mon-Thu, 5am-2:30pm, Fri, 5-9am
Pay Based on Experience

Duties and Responsibilities
- Apply coatings such as stains, paints, and varnishes using a variety of methods.
- Use air assisted spray guns to seal and topcoat products.
- Prepare wood surfaces, ensuring they are free from imperfections.
- Quality control and inspection to make sure all inconsistencies are touched up to ensure a flawless final product.
- Maintain a safe and clean workspace.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Knowledge of various staining, painting, and other techniques to achieve the desired appearance.
- Proficient in using hand tools for cabinet finishing.
- High attention to detail and ability to color match to product specification.
- Basic knowledge of calculations and measurements.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and complete jobs with demanding deadlines while paying great attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Strong record of reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Knowledge of various wood species and characteristics.
- Must be able to pass background check.
