Seeking a Manufacturing / Welding Supervisor who will manage up to 15 teammates with daily production plans, partner closely with the team leads and be a working hands-on leader. The right fit candidate will have work experience with reading blueprints, understanding of engineering drawings, and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and practices. This opportunity is within the Welding Department and is a Direct Hire where the right fit candidate will go directly onto the hiring company’s payroll and be eligible for benefits.
What we’d like you to bring to the opportunity:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years’ of production and welding supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience working with blueprints, engineering drawings or other specifications.
- Knowledge of manufacturing process.
- Knowledge of quality measurement tools.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong positive attitude and a team player.
