• Prepare and hang parts on the powder coating conveyor line to support efficient production.
• Remove finished parts from the powder coating line and package them according to customer specifications.
• Inspect parts for quality, proper coating, and compliance with established specifications.
• Use and maintain required personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves, eye protection, and respiratory protection when applicable.
• Maintain 5S standards in and around the work area to promote a safe, clean, and organized workplace.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and production standards.
• Support production and continuous improvement efforts as needed.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and production requirements.

• Flexibility to work various shifts based on production needs.
• High school diploma or GED required.
