• Excellent attendance, be focused and engaged.
• Wear proper PPE for the job.
• Follow written work instructions for the designated work station.
• Assemble various parts and/or operate machines on parts.
• Must have the flexibility to adjust to various job assignments as dictated by customer orders and assigned by supervisors.
• Must be available to work a 40-hour workweek on their assigned shift, abide by company rules, regulations and policies.
• Must be capable of working at the company established production standards.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of their work area and the equipment they are assigned to operate. 
• Expected to continually increase their skills and product knowledge.   
• Comply with safety regulations.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas.

• Must be able to read and comprehend written and verbal work instructions.
• Good hand eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Flexibility to adjust to various job assignments within their department and work in other departments as the workload increases and decreases.
• Willingness to work early morning or early evening shifts.
• Ability to work well under minimal supervision.
• Capacity to take direction.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Employee must be able to lift 35 pounds rarely to occasionally and 10 to 25 pounds often.  Be able to quickly move from machine to machine to meet the set standards for each product.
• Must be able to work mandatory overtime as required.

• Eighteen years of age and either a high school diploma or GED.
