We’re seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift production team. The ideal candidate is a leader who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and jump in when needed to keep operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of production employees
- Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency goals are met
- Oversee workflow, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement efforts
- Step in and assist with production tasks when necessary
What We’re Looking For
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to be both a leader and a hands-on team player
- Ability to work 2nd shift and maintain a positive, supportive atmosphere
