Position Summary:

The Office Clerk provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Process orders, invoices, and other documentation accurately and efficiently
  • File and retrieve company documents, records, and reports
  • Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and database maintenance
  • Prepare shipping labels and assist with order tracking
  • Greet visitors and provide general administrative support
  • Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed
  • Perform other clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and faxing
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely communication and workflow

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in an office or clerical role preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills
