CLIENT SERVICES REPS
(taking calls regarding employee benefits and claims)
$17 per hour
- Previous experience in an office/insurance setting is preferred
- Excellent computer skills; evaluations will be required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to assist in a variety of departments
- Review, update, and issue certificates of insurance.
- Request policy changes from insurance company with applicable follow up.
- Obtain loss runs from insurance carriers
- Verify and invoice all monthly reporting policies as required.
- Verify filings made by the insurance companies to ensure our clients are compliant with state and federal requirements.
