Seeking an Electrician Mechanic to support a local Dubuque, IA manufacturing facility. This role focuses on electrical infrastructure and control systems while contributing to the overall reliability and safety of plant equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical infrastructure and control systems per NEC and OSHA standards
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on plant equipment
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using testing instruments and schematics
- Fabricate repair parts and perform general facility maintenance
- Accurately document work in computerized maintenance systems
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and GMP standards throughout all work activities
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2-year degree + 2 years experience or 3+ years verifiable industrial electrical/electronics experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills in both electrical and mechanical domains
- Experience in food manufacturing environments
- Versatile skillset including carpentry, HVAC, welding, plumbing, and fabrication
