CNC Production Operator
Schedule: 1st & 2nd Shift
Location: Dyersville, IA
1st shift
Monday – Thursday 6am to 430pm
$15/hr
2nd Shift
Monday – Thursday 4:30pm to 3am
$17/hr
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines and other production equipment, including lathes, mills, grinders, and presses
- Placing parts in machine correctly and following process sheets.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure quality
- Identify and report defects or process issues to maintain production standards
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to correctly interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
- Capable of using precision measuring instruments
- Basic math and computer proficiency
- Ability to work independently with consistent accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to stand and/or walk for up to 10 hours per shift
- Capable of lifting, reaching, twisting, and bending; regularly lifting up to 20-40lbs
