SALES PROFESSIONAL
SALARY: $50K + COMMISSION
LOCATION: DUBUQUE, IA
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain professional relationships with customers providing product knowledge and technical advice to ensure customer satisfaction
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide price quotes and product information
- Troubleshoot any product related issues
- Maintain and update customer records and sales activity reports
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5+ years in sales and/or construction
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Exceptional organization skills with attention to detail
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Proficient in MS Office, experience with Great Plains a plus
