WAGE: $25-$30/HOUOR

Job Summary
The Robotic Welder is responsible for operating, programming, and maintaining robotic welding equipment to fabricate metal components according to specifications. This role ensures high-quality welds, maintains safety standards, and supports production efficiency in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate robotic welding systems (MIG/TIG/Spot welding as required)
- Load and unload parts into welding fixtures
- Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and compliance with blueprints
- Perform minor programming adjustments and troubleshooting on robotic systems
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of welding equipment
- Use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify tolerances
- Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Document production output and report defects or equipment issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–3 years of welding or robotic welding experience preferred
- Experience with robotic welding systems such as Fanuc, Lincoln, or similar
- Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
- Basic computer and troubleshooting skills
