Key Responsibilities:
- General apartment cleaning
- Light painting and basic repairs
- Yard work and outdoor cleanup
- Trash and debris removal
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Prior experience in cleaning, maintenance, or repairs
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible availability when needed
- Detail-oriented and dependable
