Sedona, in partnership with a local hiring organization is seeking a Real Estate Development Manager to lead property acquisitions, site planning, public approvals, project development, marketing, and leasing. This role requires independent work and collaboration with the development team and senior leadership. This is a Direct Hire employment opportunity where the right fit candidate will be hired directly by the company and be eligible for their benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze new development opportunities.
- Prepare proposals and financing applications.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and financial closings.
- Manage entitlements, zoning, and permitting.
- Coordinate with design, construction, and leasing teams.
- Engage with community stakeholders and government agencies.
- Ensure timely project completion and lease-up goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of real estate development experience (MBA/MS preferred).
- Expertise in acquisitions, financing, and project management.
- Strong negotiation and public engagement skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (MS Project, PowerPoint preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
