  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align project planning with business goals and growth strategy.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and procurement while maintaining rigorous risk assessments.
  • Coordinate with utilities, local regulators, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Represent the company at industry events, pre-bid meetings, and community engagements.
  • Oversee site development and ensure contractor performance aligns with quality and timeline standards.
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and progress updates.
  • Ensure full compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in construction/project management, preferably in the data center or infrastructure space.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster client relationships and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Understanding of business development processes in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
  • Strong background in electrical systems, utility coordination, or infrastructure deployment.
  • Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects across Iowa.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
