Maintenance Technician Earlville, IA Industrial
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
1st shift hours, Monday-Thursday, 5-3:30pm
Pay based on experience
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary
- Implement preventative maintenance measures
- Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
- Complete inspections of offices and laboratories with Maintenance Manager
- Perform other maintenance duties as requested
Required Experience/Skills:
- Prior Facility/Building Maintenance experience preferred.
- Must be able to operate hand/power tools and other maintenance equipment
- Must be able to read tape measurer
- Must be able to frequently stretch or bend to access equipment/objects in need of repair
- Must be able to walk and stand throughout shift
- Must be able to lift, carry, push/pull objects weighing up to 50lbs
- Steel Toe Shoes/Boots required. Must use all PPE as required.
