Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor the paint line to ensure consistent coating and proper coverage on parts
- Load and unload parts onto the paint line according to production schedules
- Inspect finished parts for quality, defects, and proper paint application
- Maintain proper paint levels and assist with mixing or preparing coatings as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of paint line equipment
- Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding production needs or issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or paint line experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
- Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
