We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll help create and run marketing strategies for our products, industry efforts, and internal communications. You’ll handle daily marketing tasks like research, campaign planning, content creation, working with vendors, organizing trade shows, and planning events. You’ll also manage our website and social media to keep our messaging consistent and effective.
Responsibilities
- Help develop marketing strategies and plans
- Conduct market research and track trends
- Test new product ideas (flavors, packaging, etc.)
- Analyze competitors and in-store presence
- Create and manage marketing materials (posters, presentations, trade show items, etc.)
- Work with vendors (design, printing, website support)
- Help plan and run trade shows
- Manage social media accounts with regular content
- Update and maintain company websites
- Plan and organize company events
- Coordinate event details like vendors, food, and scheduling
- Provide backup support for customer service when needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
- 1–3 years of marketing experience
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, social media, WordPress, and design tools (Adobe or Canva)
- Strong organization, communication, and time management skills
- Able to multitask and think critically
- Event planning and CRM experience are a plus
