IT Helpdesk Technician (Level 1)
Monticello, Wisconsin
Pay: $18 – $25 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (some overtime as needed)

 We are seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician to serve as the first point of contact for employees experiencing IT issues for a local Green County area employer. This role provides Level 1 technical support and helps ensure smooth day-to-day operation of IT systems while delivering excellent customer service. This is a direct hire opportunity. Meaning, the right fir candidate will be on the hiring company’s payroll and be eligible for company provided benefits. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 1 troubleshooting for IT issues
  • Support Windows systems, tablets, and PCs
  • Monitor and maintain printers
  • Set up and manage user accounts (onboarding/offboarding)
  • Perform routine system maintenance on devices
  • Assist with basic system and process improvements
 
Qualifications:
  • Previous IT support or helpdesk experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Windows OS and tablets
  • Basic understanding of networks and printers
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
