Sales Manufacturing Representative
Dubuque, IA  + up to 50% travel (primarily Midwest)
Monday – Friday 
Up to $65,000 / year base + benefit package

Sedona in partnership with a locally owned and operated Manufacturer is seeking a motivated and experienced Manufacturing Sales Representative to join their sales team in Dubuque, IA. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of manufacturing sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promotion of industrial products. Initially this role will start out learning the manufacturer products, process and company core competencies. This is a direct hire opportunity – meaning the right fit candidate will go directly onto the hiring company’s payroll and be eligible for their benefits package.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the manufacturing sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Present and demonstrate our products to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote company’s products.
 
What we’d like you to bring to the opportunity:
  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in manufacturing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
