WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE
SHIFT: 1ST 10 HOUR SHIFTS M-F
WAGE: $20-$23/HOUR



The primary responsibility is to make sure materials and units are received, stored and recorded accurately and timely as well as ensure all materials and units being shipped or delivered are securely packaged and accounted for.   This position must have a high attention to detail and be a strong multi-tasker.
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery, includes verifying paperwork, packaging, labeling, shipping and updating orders with shipping details.
  • Receive and process stock material and units, includes unloading, inspecting, document damages, verify paperwork, label and put away.
  • Perform daily restock in accordance with inventory restock process.
  • Evaluate all reclaimed used parts in a timely manner and ensure all transactions are processed accordingly.
  • Perform inventory processes and controls.
  • Keep a clean and safe work environment.
  • Ensure all scrap inventory is addressed in a timely and safe manner.
  • Perform necessary transactions in the system and complete paperwork as directed.
  • Pull orders for customers and service bays and make sure all parts are clearly tagged and committed to related invoice or service ticket.
  • Coordinate drop ship orders as needed.
  • Notify Inventory Purchasing/Planner of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need replenishment.
  • Inspect returned parts and communicate results with Parts/Service Coordinator to ensure proper transactions and credits are recorded.
  • Review daily inventory variances and availability reports and communicate corrections or changes needed.
  • Communicate and cooperate with all members of the team, including management and drivers.
  • Maintain professional appearance.
  • Other duties as assigned.
 
Requirements: 
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required;
  • Driver’s license with suitable driving history;
  • 2 years of customer service experience preferred;
  • Excellent organizational, time management, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills required;
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to fast paced work flow changes effectively;
  • The ability to read diagrams and measurements;
  • Must be able to utilize ERP system in a consistent manner
