Entry-Level Cost Estimator
Sedona is hiring an entry-level Cost Estimator to help prepare take-offs, estimates, and bid proposals for construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare take-offs and cost estimates
- Review plans, specs, and bid documents
- Evaluate subcontractor quotes
- Communicate with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Organize electronic project documents
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read and analyze plans
- Solid math and communication skills
- Reliable, team-oriented
- High School Diploma or GED
- Microsoft Office experience
