We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Janitor / Light Maintenance team member to help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys a variety of hands-on tasks. This is a To Hire opportunity. Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties throughout the facility
- Sweep, mop, and maintain floors
- Clean windows and restrooms
- Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables
- Assist with light maintenance tasks (changing filters, lubricating equipment, etc.)
- Help maintain a safe and organized work environment
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs continuously
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
