This role is responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations to ensure the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall presentation of guest rooms and public areas meet the hotel's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff
- Inspect rooms, hallways, and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance needs
- Train, coach, and support housekeeping team members to maintain quality standards
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure proper usage
- Communicate effectively with hotel management and other departments
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
