A leading agricultural equipment company is seeking a Service Manager for its Platteville, WI location. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in a growing organization. The Store Service Manager will report to the Store Manager and oversee day-to-day service operations while ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support and communication to retail and internal customers
- Assign technicians based on skills and job requirements
- Create and manage work orders to optimize parts usage and labor efficiency
- Make warranty decisions and process warranty claims
- Communicate policies, procedures, and company updates to the team
- Schedule and oversee training to meet service standards
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely, satisfactory manner
- Partner with suppliers to support product improvements and R&D
Qualifications:
- Proven success in a similar service management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for agricultural equipment and customer service
- Team-oriented with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Relevant certifications or equivalent practical experience preferred
