FACILITIES MAINTENANCE
HOURS: PART-TIME, 20-25 HOURS, 1ST SHIFT
WAGE: $18-$20/HOUR
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enter data in computer
- Inspection of residential and commercial buildings
- Organize storage areas and entry ways
- Assist in managing maintenance stock
- General custodial work
- Grounds work to include: trimming and mowing
- Perform property checks
- Snow removal as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Computer skills
- Hand tools experience
- Valid driver’s license for job sites
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Property maintenance experience a plus
