Essential Functions of this role include:
- Use forklift to weigh count material
- Use TCM to check routing for quantity/date needed
- Create PO's and Packlists in TCM
- Create load sheets for the drivers (drop off and pick ups)
- Set up LTL and UPS shipments
- Confirm parts received and complete receipts report in TCM
- Pull component parts and material issue in TCM
- Cycle counts for component parts
- Weekly inventory for purchasing
- Track hot parts by updating log sheet
- Fuel receipts/trip reports
- Forklift inspection sheets
- Create pull lists and follow-up on any open orders
- Enter inventory transactions
- Bill Orders
- Wrap and label shipments
- Take part in year end inventory
