Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking to take the next step in your career? A fast-growing tech company is hiring a Finance Operations Lead to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team!

In this direct hire role, you’ll be placed directly on the company’s payroll with access to their full benefits package. You’ll own key financial operations—from invoicing and billing to payroll and customer service—playing a critical part in ensuring operational accuracy and efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Process incoming invoices and ensure timely payments
  • Handle client billing and collections follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate account balances and resolve discrepancies
  • Manage payroll functions to ensure on-time, correct compensation
  • Respond to accounting emails and resolve billing questions
  • Input financial data into accounting systems (QuickBooks)
  • Keep financial records organized and up to date
  • Support ad hoc finance tasks as they arise

 

What We'd Like You To Bring To The Opportunity

  • High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Google Workspace (G-Suite)
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
