Plastics Assembly Workers needed in Darlington, WI. – All shifts
1st Shift: 8 AM - 4 PM $16.50/hr.
2nd Shift: 4 PM - 12 AM $17.50/hr.
3rd Shift: 12 AM - 8 AM $17.50/hr.
Position Type: Long-Term Temp
Summary:
- As an Injection Mold Operator, you will be performing manufacturing, rework, and inspection operations to produce an acceptable product, meeting company production standards and quality guidelines.
- Other duties may include monitoring molds, loading inserts, trimming flash and gates, and assembling, sorting, drilling, or gauging parts as needed.
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble plastic parts using hand tools, power tools, or automated machines
- Inspect products for defects and accuracy
- Package finished products with proper labeling and organization
- Maintain tools and equipment, reporting issues when needed
- Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear when required
- Record production data accurately
- Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to keep workflow smooth
- Train on new techniques, materials, and safety practices
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly (plastics a plus)
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and machinery
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with plastic injection molding or assembly
- Knowledge of manufacturing safety practices
