2nd and 3rd shift (shift differential available) – Full time
Up to $19.60 / hour + depending on experience.

We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled Machine Operators to join a local Decorah, IA manufacturer’s team on 2nd or 3rd shift. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of various production machinery to ensure the timely manufacturing of the hiring company’s products.
- Operate assigned machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal production levels.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Troubleshoot machinery and address any issues that may arise during the production process.
- Complete production logs and documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
What we’d like you to bring to the opportunity:
- Education: High School diploma or GED.
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs. or more.
- Must be able to work overtime.
- Must be able to read and comprehend written and verbal work instructions.
- Good hand eye coordination
- Mechanical aptitude a plus
