Primary Job Objective:
Seeking tier one technical support to provide basic customer care, troubleshooting, documentation and support. Candidates should have customer service skills, technical understanding and desire to help people.
Daily Responsibilities:
Work from the Monticello office, up to 40 hours per week (Primarily first shift, other shift options available)
Windows computer skills
Time management
Ability to prioritize tasks
Attention to detail
Active listening
Good phone skills/etiquette
Positive and pleasant to customers
Ability to follow a task to completion
Experience with Zendesk or other help desk software preferred
Experience with Slack & Outlook 365 preferred
Must be able to pass client required assessments
