Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
Responsible for maintaining employee information
Manage the hourly employee annual wage and benefit review process for the plant.
Develop, recommend and implement local HR guidelines procedures
Coordinate recruitment effort for all salaried exempt, nonexempt, skilled/craft workers, and temporary workers as needed
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
PHR or SPHR is preferred.
5+ years previous experience in human resource management with leadership experience
Previous HR experience working in an industrial setting is required.
