Molding Mechanic
Schedule: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Starting Pay: $21/hour
Weekend Requirement: Must be able to work every other weekend

Position Summary
Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production machinery and equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and quality operations.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Perform mold setup/removal and complete machine start-ups.
- Respond to machine alarms and make process adjustments.
- Mix and change materials; monitor hopper levels and regrind percentages.
- Perform quality checks and basic SPC processes.
- Complete production, quality, and scrap paperwork.
- Train and assist machine operators as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow all ISO, GMP, safety, and quality procedures.
- Use basic measuring tools and maintain required personal tools.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous mechanical or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and multitask.
- Must be able to work every other weekend.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, bend, reach, and work around machinery.
- Must be able to wear required PPE and follow all safety procedures.
