Consumer Relations Asst-Reading, PA
$16.00 hrly, Full-time or Part-time
General Purpose: Provide exceptional customer service to consumers while working in a team environment to achieve organizational goals and operational objectives.
Main Job Tasks, Responsibilities: Provide a quality customer service experience to our consumers and customers ,Gain a working knowledge of Company systems and processes, Problem solve in a professional and effective manner. Communicate effectively with consumers via all channels (Including but not limited to: telephone, email, letter, chat, text, social media, etc), Answer incoming calls, Respond to incoming emails, Gather all information so issues can be addressed properly to provide first call resolution, Return calls from voicemail
Education and Experience: Fluent in English (Bi-lingual in Spanish is helpful) High School Degree
Key Competencies: Computer and communication skills, Customer service focus, Problem analysis and problem-solving, Reliable, Work well as part of a team.
