- Provide customer service for various customers.
- Enter orders as required.
- Review quotes as well as other items with Production Manager.
- Reviewing inventory and advising customers on possible product delays.
- Answering customer questions and/or concerns in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.
- Excellent attendance required.
- Helping out in the shop if/when needed.
- Must be team oriented and willing to wear many hats.
