CONTRACT: REMOTE 1ST SHIFT
The main function of an HR ADA Specialist is to partner with the Employee Relations team to address and respond to requests for reasonable accommodation from COVID-19 vaccination requirements. This includes facilitating the interactive process with employees for medical and religious accommodations. A typical ADA Specialist is responsible for enhancing company productivity, increasing performance and improving business results. Job Responsibilities: • Partner with Employee Relations team to address and respond to requests for reasonable accommodation from COVID-19 vaccination requirements. This includes facilitating the interactive process and dialogue with employees for medical and religious accommodations. • Provide direct support to HR and Compliance teams responsible for implementing process to require proof of full vaccination status, including monitoring and auditing of data in vaccine tracking system and Covid test results tracker for employees who have approved accommodations. • Maintain required documentation within case management system, including intake and investigative interview notes, timelines documenting verbal and written communications, and supporting documents. Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one’s time. Expert knowledge of legal regulations, policies and procedures related to ADA and Title VII. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required. Entry to 2 years of related experience required.
