Business Development Specialist
Monday – Friday – Full Time Opportunity
Sedona is partnering with a local Dubuque company that is growing and looking to add a Business Development Specialist to their team. If you’re looking to explore a new career opportunity and generally enjoy building relationships with customers, keep reading. The hiring company has multiple career paths within their organization where the right fit candidate can develop and grow. Ultimately, this is a Sales based position that will be supporting the company’s portfolio of financial based products. We are seeking a candidate that can make calls (via phone, emails, text, etc) to potential customers and offer them a solutions that fits their specific needs. What we need you to bring to the table:
2+ years of customer service focused experience
1+ years of sales experience and customer follow up via the phone and in person preferred
Ability to keep a high energy and high self-motivation level throughout the work day
Lead with our customer’s best interest in mind and ability to make sound business decisions around the hiring company’s portfolio of products.
Compensation: Base wage + monthly commission + annual bonus (opportunity) + full benefits package
