Title: Companion Animal Technical Services Veterinarian
Location: CA, WA, OR, or AZ
We are looking for a Companion Animal Technical Services Veterinarian (CATS-Veterinarian) that will provide technical support on products and programs to aid a sales team. The CATS-Veterinarian will plan, implement and engage in opportunities with distributor sales people, veterinarians, industry leaders, colleges and universities to enhance company image and increase sales.
What you will be doing: Companion Animal Technical Services Veterinarian
Assist sales team on sales calls and other customer interactions by providing technical information for the field sales team and customers
Work the management team to plan, develop and implement technical learning opportunities for the sales team members
Connect and foster relationships for the sales team members by establishing professional relationships with key clinics and veterinarians
Identify opportunities and provide recommendations on how company products could benefit the client and their customers
Assist and participate in the planning and presentation of Clinic lunch and learns and dinner meetings providing CE credits to veterinarians and veterinary technicians
Present promotional and educational materials in an effort to aid the established Distributor network
Work with sales team and in house veterinary staff to plan and implement specific activities to establish and strengthen the relationship with key influencers in assigned area
Inform key influencers of new products and providing scientific information to their areas of interest
Provide input to marketing on specific items that impact the marketing of a product or program
What we need from you: Companion Animal Technical Services Veterinarian
DVM, VMD or equivalent with valid US license to practice veterinary medicine in the United States, an advanced degree is a plus.
Clinical experience in a small animal clinic. Additional experience in field technical services with small animal-focused animal health products required.
5 years clinical experience in a small animal clinic.

Must be able to travel 50 - 75%
