We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in fabricating metal parts, assemblies, and structures. This position involves reading and interpreting blueprints, cutting, shaping, welding, and assembling materials, ensuring the final products meet quality standards and specifications.

This position involves reading and interpreting blueprints, cutting, shaping, welding, and assembling materials, ensuring the final products meet quality standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine specifications and material requirements.
- Cut, shape, weld, and assemble metal components using tools such as saws, grinders, welding machines, and other fabrication equipment.
- Measure and align materials to ensure proper fit and finish.
- Perform welding (MIG, TIG, or Stick) to fabricate and join metal parts according to specifications.
- Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols and wear necessary protective equipment.
- Operate and maintain fabrication machinery and tools.
- Work closely with other team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines and objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the fabrication process.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Fabricator, Welder, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick) and fabrication processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Proficiency in operating various fabrication tools and machines (e.g., plasma cutters, grinders, welding equipment).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise work.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in various conditions, including standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in various temperatures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in welding or fabrication is a plus.
