Marketing & Ecommerce Director
Direct Hire Role
The Marketing and Ecommerce Director will be responsible for all managing strategic e-commerce and marketing opportunities, customer experiences and support, market analysis and execution of initiatives. This Director will collaborate with and coordinate efforts of multiple departments to ensure the customer experience is optimal and vendor relationships are managed and maintained. In addition to managing all media and online presence, this person will also work closely with the technical team to maintain website standards with regard to new development. Successful candidate will also be responsible for crafting promotions, newsletters, and other media campaigns while working closely with buyers, and regional managers. This individual will lead and drive the best customer experience across all digital platforms with a focus on optimizing site engagement, increasing conversion, and revenue, delivering operational excellence and developing talent. There are two (2) direct reports to this position. We are not looking for a creative director/ branding specialist - we are seeking a very hands on, tactical marketing expert who can articulate and execute solid marketing e-commerce strategies for revenue growth.
8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in E-Commerce & Digital Marketing
5+ years Point of Sales Systems experience
Proven successful experience managing all types of media, online marketing and outreach campaigns.
Strong creative vision with ability to interpret and evolve brand aesthetic
Strong computer skills and proficient in the MS Office suite
Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
