Print Production Operator/Office Manager
Management of small office and production staff
Set up and operate digital printing, scanning, binding and finishing machines.
Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services, to handle and resolve complaints and to take orders.
Answer phones, emails and wait on customers at the counter
Advising clients on processes that are most appropriate to the client’s needs, giving estimates/bids and writing or entering complete and accurate work orders for jobs
Enter all incoming print jobs into production management software
Complete orders in the accounting system with full billing information
Examine prints and products to verify conformance to quality standards.
Package and wrap prints or products for shipping, delivery or customer pick up
Other tasks not listed may be required because of changing business needs
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must know, or be willing to train about the Printing industry
Must be able to work flexible hours that can change daily; willing to work OT
Ability to lift 50 pounds, bend, stoop and reach
Previous Management experience
