General Manager Position
Located in Northeast Iowa
Day to day operations of the company and reports to the president and other representatives. Provide complete and appropriate solutions for sales and marketing in order to boost revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention levels. They will be responsible for supervising inventory systems and handling tech support calls for the products.
General Office-support office manager with upkeep of equipment & supplies. Assist as needed with IT related issues. Monitor company financials, bank accounts and lines of credit to ensure proper cash flow for payroll and purchasing
Sales & Marketing- Facilitate outbound marketing, monitor marketing activities costs against actual sales and margin, monitor web performance of SEO, PPC, and SEO systems, Monitor weekly/monthly sales reports, coordinate marketing strategies, supervise & mentor sales associates to promote excellence, prepare for, attend, and follow-up on leads from trade shows.
Inventory & Reordering- Ongoing inventory management, monitor existing systems to reorder as needed, monitor any waste and find ways to lower the cost of goods sold, damaged products under warranty-return and obtain a credit.
Bachelor's degree in related fields
Experience managing a sales and marketing team
Experience in the furniture or medical supply industry
Proficiency in digital, traditional, and earned media
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional and relatable on phone and email
Responsible-able to take initiative
Problem solver-able and willing to solve customer problems
Flexible-adapts well to change
Outstanding prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
Knowledgeable and promotes products and their role in improving people's lives
