JOB TITLE: Industrial Electrician $25.00-$35.00 hrly
LOCATION: Waverly, Iowa
  We are looking for an experienced Industrial Electrician. Must be able to wire industrial components per electrical code.  This job would require reading and evaluate wiring prints to complete job tasks.  Wiring of equipment would be done mostly at the production facility. Business travel will be required to commission some product in the field. PLC background is a plus to help trouble shoot issue as the arise.  Experience with wiring Asphalt Plants, Crushers, Screens or similar industrial plants preferred.

Read electrical and mechanical diagrams, drawings or specifications to determine job requirements.
Install electrical and electronic control systems and insulated cables.
Connect electrical equipment to power supplies.
Maintaining and building substations/panels.
Emergency repair work.
Investigating power supply problems.
Support electrical installation and commissioning via a phone and/or onsite.


Certified Electrician preferred but not required with equivalent work experience.
Industrial electrical experience preferred.
Experience in large OEM equipment like Asphalt Plants preferred.
High school diploma or GED required.
Good Written and Oral Communication Skills
Mathematics Skills
Detail oriented, demonstrated high level of accuracy and to work safely.
Good Technical, Mechanical, Electrical aptitude
Enjoy problem solving.
Analytical thinking
Able to do precise and detailed work.
Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
