Sedona Staffing has partnered with a local manufacturer who is looking for a temporary Dispatching Assistant.
Answer phone calls when our phone lines ring
Write down service calls, create service calls into FSM and place on appropriate Technician's dispatching board. Also, e-mail technicians of service call. Make sure technician responds to your e-mail so you know they for sure got the call.
Check "Time and Material Journal" throughout the day for Technician's time tickets and approve as needed.
Bill invoice to customers.
Place customer information into Business Partner once it is given by Technician Send maintenance reports as needed to customer after receiving their contact information and placing it into the Business Partner
Place parts into the "Parts List" in SharePoint as needed
Check ServiceChannel for any new tickets needing invoiced through Menards
Contact Menards on billing/invoices we haven't received yet
Transfer parts from Excel Document to Parts List in SharePoint. Get MPN, Manufacturer and a photo for each part.
Once monthly you create every Technician's monthly route sheet. Create a new excel sheet, transfer the information, narrow down the columns, and send them to the appropriate Technicians
