Production Laborer – Day & Night Shifts
Location: Prairie du Chien, WI

We’re hiring Production Laborers to safely handle composite lumber products and ensure materials meet company and customer standards.
Shifts & Schedule:
- 12-hour rotating schedule (2-3-2)
- Day Shift: 6 AM–6 PM
- Night Shift: 6 PM–6 AM
- Alternating weekends
Key Duties:
- Move, stack, label, and secure lumber/materials
- Apply tags, use staple gun, and troubleshoot equipment
- Maintain clean, organized work area
- Record production and assist other work areas as needed
- Follow all safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED preferred (not required)
- Manufacturing or lumber experience a plus
- Basic math skills; must be 18+
