2nd Shift Supervisor
Location: Dyersville, IA
Wage: $29/hr

Responsibilities
- Lead shift operations while performing hands-on production and equipment duties.
- Operate, monitor, and adjust production lines to maintain quality, specifications, and efficient product flow.
- Start up and manage key equipment (steam generators, air compressors) and select proper processing recipes.
- Verify raw material quality, complete changeovers, and ensure accurate line setup.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime.
- Operate forklifts/hoists to move and document WIP materials.
- Complete all production and quality documentation accurately.
- Enforce GMPs, safety standards, and food safety compliance.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and ensure end-of-shift housekeeping.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of production/packaging lines, equipment start-up, and troubleshooting.
- Effective communicator with ability to lead teams and manage minor conflicts.
- Proficient in completing production and quality paperwork.
- Certified to operate forklifts and powered pallet jacks.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and schedule review.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand/walk for shifts, and perform repetitive motions.
- Ability to balance supervision with hands-on work.
